I am a Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher and Accredited GP Exercise Referral Specialist,

working from my private studio set in the Somerset countryside near Wells.

I am dedicated to helping you to achieve your fitness and wellness goals by creating the conditions to enable you to listen to your body and follow your own rhythm and flow.

We focus on exploring movement which makes you feel good, rather than pushing and striving for external goals such as body shape and image.

My aim is to support and guide you towards an enjoyable movement practice that serves you and how you want to live your life.

Motivation and Support

I offer professional guidance and support to optimize your fitness journey. We work together to discover where you can find meaning in your movement and activity. A successful sustainable practise comes from internal motivation, not from external pressure to look or move in a certain way.

Holistic Approach

Recognising that everyone is unique and different I focus on strategies to improve overall well-being, manage stress, and cultivate healthy habits for a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

My role is to help you stay committed. Together, we navigate the challenges.
